Rynecki & Rynecki, LLC was founded in the mid-1970s by the Rynecki family. Today the business remains a family operation and is committed to the world of commercial real property leasing. We offer offices and light industrial spaces in a variety of sizes to accommodate tenants with small to mid-sized square footage needs. We provide well maintained and practical spaces for a variety of tenant uses. We are intimately involved with the day-to-day management of our properties and have a very hands-on approach to taking care of our tenants. As a small family business, we know how we want to be treated, and we strive to provide our tenants with the quality and personal service we ourselves expect. Many of our tenants have been with us for over 20 years. We believe that speaks volumes about our level of attentiveness and care.
Elizabeth Rynecki is the daughter and granddaughter of the founders. She has a lifetime of experience with the company’s holdings and hands-on management in all aspects of the business. She has worked in all elements of the business including property development, tenant improvements, property management and maintenance, lease negotiation, and special project implementation. Elizabeth holds a masters degree from UC Davis in Rhetoric and Speech Communication and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CA Broker’s License #01278130).
